07/26/2006 At the Downtown Westfield Run for Pizza 5K Larry finishes in 30:55! It was a tough race for Larry but he enjoyed the company of friends...... and all the pizza a lighthouse could eat!!

07/10/2006 Larry talked with the NYRR and they have decided not ban Larry. Whew! It is nice to know that Larry is not being banned. But Larry wishes there would less discrimination against lighthouses.
07/09/2006 Larry completes the Bronx Half Marathon in 3:00:10. It was the toughest half marathon that Larry ever completed. Such a hilly course and very little shade! And when Larry finished he was told he might be banned from future NYRR races because he was a danger to the other runners. Larry is heartbroken.
06/16/2006 Larry is hanging out with the Keller's at a backyard barbecue. Larry enjoys some leisure time when he is off-duty..... and is usually the light of the party.

4/13/2006 Larry wishes to extend a special thank you for all the cards and a gift of duct tape (Which was exactly what he needed!) after his unfortunate accident.
4/13/2006 Larry is recovering well from reconstruction surgery. "It was an easy fix" said Polystyrene Specialist Dr. Lexie Carver. But she warned that Larry is delicate and should take height awareness training seriously. "I don't think he could take another blow to the head like that." Larry didn't take long to get back on the streets..... Here he is pictured today with friends at Stockburger Chevrolet.

Breaking News (Literally!)
On April 9th at approximate 8:20 am ..... on Atlantic Ave (Long Branch) Larry collided with a sign and broke into a few pieces. He was treated and released from Lighthouse Medical Center and is currently resting. He will be going to physical therapy..... and height awareness training in the coming days. In lieu of flowers glue and duct tape will be gladly accepted.
